Job Summary:
* Create solutions based on the customer needs and review solutions with client business and IT teams;
* Perform analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of quality custom solutions within the software development life cycle in Healthcare domain.
* Design and develop moderate to complex software applications to meet the customers’ business needs.
* Validation and gaining approval of technical and business requirements to ensure both feasibility and completeness of solutions.
* Estimate work efforts, delivery time lines, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete software development activities.
* Develop software development project plans incorporating all possible project variables.
* Conduct periodic status checks with the development team to assess progress against plan and communicate progress to supervisors as necessary.
* Work to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalate as appropriate.
Must Have Skills
Strong experience in Healthcare Domain.
Strong experience on Facets Product – Membership, Billing, Claims.
Strong hands on development experience on ORACLE, .Net. AWS Glue, Angular
Detailed Must Have Skills:
* Work experience in Healthcare IT industry.
* Experience in TriZetto products - Facets.
* Consulting and Customer facing experience.
* At least one of the following programming skill sets combinations –
o 2+ years’ experience in .Net or in SQL Programming.
o Strong SQL programming experience in Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server platform.
* Knowledge of object oriented design and development.
* Experience in writing and utilizing Webservice/APIs.
* Working experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
* Experience in working on a mid-size project team.
* Ability to demonstrate an engaging, professional behavior while listening and communicating with SMEs on all levels.
* Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.
* Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.
* Good analytical and problem solving skills.
* Good communication skills.

* Experience in other TriZetto products including NetworX, Care Advance, Elements, and QNXT.
* Experience in TriZetto Hosting center architecture and processes.
