.NET Architect (WCF / Oracle / Government Human Service Eligibility Systems)

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a .NET Architect in Albany, NY.

Description:
The consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
? Design and develop new custom applications
? Research and provide architectural review and direction for project and application.
? Create cradle to grave UML diagrams for entire to-be system.
? Provide mentoring and guidance to .NET development team.
? Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are met; managing daily work/priorities and reporting status updates to supervisor.
? Create technical documentation that describes and outlines associated applications and systems.
? Assist with additional priority projects and applications as new needs arise.

Mandatory Qualification:
? Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

? A Bachelor's Degree
? 84 months experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services and Windows Communication Foundation.
? 84 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows; and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve issues.
? 60 months experience using Oracle and PL/SQL packages including SQL programming and JSON.
? 36 months experience as a Web GUI designer including accessibility compliance and using Angular Single Page Applications (SPA), Redux, Angular versions 9 thru 14.
? 24 months experience development applications relating to government human service eligibility systems.
? 36 months experience using object-oriented principles and concepts to design business objects
? 36 months experience using SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
? 36 months experience development applications utilizing MVC .NET
