Full Stack technical lead with AI/Gen AI Exp

Job Summary:

• Seeking an Full Stack technical lead (hands-on) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular. Microservices, AWS and AI skills to design develop and maintain scalable cloud native backend services and APIs

Job Description

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java with a focus on performance scalability and security.
• Utilize AWS services to build and manage scalable and secure RESTful APIs.
• Implement microservices architecture to support modular and maintainable applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including DevOps and frontend developers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security compliance.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and deployment of cloud native applications leveraging Java, AWS and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensuring high availability and scalability Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues effectively.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CICD pipelines and automate deployment.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Engage with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Ensure security standards and compliance are met in all development activities.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI/Gen AI based use cases using the leading AI models/services (e.g. Claude, gpt, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
