What You'll Do- Pull and route cable throughout a data center
- Help build and install equipment racks
- Label and organize cables and hardware
- Use basic tools (drills, hand tools, etc.)
- Support experienced technicians on job sites
- Work on your feet and stay active throughout the day
What We're Looking For- Experience working in physical jobs (construction, warehouse, military, etc.)
- Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
- Able to work on ladders or lifts
- Strong work ethic and good attitude
- Reliable and shows up every day
- You don't need cabling experience - we will train you!!
Nice to Haves (not required)
- Any cable or low voltage experience
- Electrical or trade experience
- OSHA 10 certification
Work ScheduleTypical: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (as needed)
Average: 50-60 hours per week
Overtime and occasional mandatory OT required
Work Environment- Data center / construction setting
- Fast-paced, team-oriented
- Physically active role (lifting, climbing, standing)
Requirements- Must have reliable transportation
- Must provide steel/composite toe boots
- Must complete required pre-site training (OSHA 10, onboarding)
