Job Description:
AI Automation Delivery Lead (BA / Scrum Hybrid)
This is a hybrid Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum Master role focused
on driving AI and automation initiatives from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog
grooming, and retrospectives
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, AI developers, engineers, and QA
teams
• Support UAT, testing, defect tracking, and documentation
• Measure project value, adoption, and business outcomes
• Help transition AI solutions from pilot phases into production environments
Ideal Candidate Background:
• Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery
• Expertise in requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and process
mapping
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Prior involvement in AI, automation, digital transformation, or GenAI
initiatives is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
