Summary

This role is in support of a pending government opportunity. Candidates in the Chandler, AZ area are preferred.

Requirements

ship and eligibility for a Secret Clearance
Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as: Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or Economics required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis
5+ years of experience with machine learning engineering, data science, data project engineering, or software development for data solutions
Must have at least a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification
Experience with designing a technical solution and leading a team in the implementation of the technical design
Experience with object-oriented programming languages (such as Python, JSON, C++, Java, R, or Scala)
Experience with containerization tools, including Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with architecting and designing novel analytic methods using machine learning methodologies
Experience with developing and supporting data-oriented tasks for cybersecurity solutioning, including developing machine learning algorithms, data models, or architecture strategy for cyber defense purposes
Experience with developing and engineering data workflows to merge disparate data sources and draw data-driven insights
Experience with designing and developing automation for security tools management, and create customized searches and applications
Experience with Cloud Service Provider (CSP) solutions and their resources; (Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
Experience with Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) tools and capabilities
Ability to leverage a variety of data science capabilities and languages, analyze and resolve critical data issues using various methodologies, and ensure data integrity
Familiarity of host and network-based security technologies
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND frameworks
Ability to apply analytical rigor and statistical/ML methods to analyze large amounts of data, using advanced statistical techniques
Ability to perform analysis of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and complex cybersecurity problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses
Ability to support high visibility reporting on cybersecurity data through development of data visualizations and/or dashboards
