- Actually done frontier research on LLMs—specifically post- training, reinforcement learning, or frontier research on large language models.
- Hands- on applied research or research engineering experience (internships, seminal research papers)
- Frontier research experience (LLMs, reinforcement learning, post- training)
- Hands- on applied research engineering experience (building complete systems, driving large- scale experiments)
- Experience in specialized ML techniques (representation learning, vision encoder pre- training)
- PhD candidate is acceptable, if their research is in RL, post- training, LLMs, or aligned frontier models
- Bachelors and Masters degrees acceptable combined with AI lab experience and frontier research..
