A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Information Services Manager.

Position type: Onsite- Temp to Perm
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Irving, TX 75039

Must have experience:
Health Plan Experience, claims adjudication platforms, EDI/X12 transactions, and CRM systems.

As an Information Services Manager you will:

Manage the development / integration and deployment of new applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the Health Plan enterprise.
Oversee core health plan systems (claims adjudication, EDI/X12, CRM, data warehouses, reporting and analytics platforms)
Oversee data integration and interoperability across health plan, provider, and external partners (EDI, APIs, HIEs)
Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure cohesive enterprise architecture is achieved.
Lead efforts to apply technology to solve complex business problems including understanding of company strategy to developing business requirements to successful implementation of solutions.
Manage and provide direction for the team in support of business operations.
Liaise with Infrastructure Services team for infrastructure needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Health Plan Experience, claims adjudication platforms, EDI/X12 transactions, and CRM systems.
Review and analyze existing applications’ effectiveness and efficiency and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems proactively to improve business processes and decision-making capability.
Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
Cultivate, disseminate, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices.
Responsible for hiring, staff development, coaching, performance reviews, corrective actions, and termination of employees. Provide feedback, including regular one-on-ones and performance evaluations, for direct reports.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55 - $62 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
