| The ERP System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM environments. This role supports operational continuity, oversees system provisioning, coordinates quarterly patch cycles, and ensures data integrity across integrated platforms like OIC and OCI. The administrator works collaboratively with functional and technical teams to manage user access, troubleshoot incidents, and support ongoing enhancements. |
| System Administration & Security - Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and security policies in Oracle Fusion.
- Maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensure segregation of duties (SoD).
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure application availability.
- Enforce compliance with audit and data privacy requirements through access reviews and security controls.
- Serve as primary owner of system governance, access control, and change management procedures.
Patch & Release Management - Coordinate and support quarterly Oracle patch testing and deployment.
- Maintain documentation of regression test plans and validation scripts.
- Maintain system environments (PROD, TEST, DEV, Sandbox) including refresh, environment cloning, coordination, migration oversight, and regression planning.
Operational Support - Act as Level 2/3 support for service tickets related to Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues escalated by business users.
- Maintain and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident handling and routine tasks.
- Manage Oracle SR lifecycle end-to-end, including documentation, engagement with Oracle Support, and follow-through to resolution.
Integrations & Enhancements - Monitor Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) flows and assist in troubleshooting errors.
- Support upgrades, interface changes, and enhancements across OCI/OIC platforms.
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for complex fixes and upgrades.
Monitoring & Reporting - Set up and monitor system health, alerting, and escalation processes.
- Monitor system performance, scheduled processes, integrations, and workflow activity; troubleshoot root causes.
- Track and report KPIs related to issue resolution, uptime, and user satisfaction.
- Maintain system inventory and configuration documentation
- Maintain audit logs, SoD compliance, internal controls, and data security standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and/or SCM modules preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Fusion security architecture and role-based access control.
- Familiarity with Oracle quarterly patching process and OIC/OCI ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT change control, regression testing, and incident management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud infrastructure environments is beneficial.
