Job Summary

We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst to support change management and training initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on tracking learning activities, supporting user adoption, and maintaining communication channels to drive engagement and organizational change.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support analysis and tracking of change management activities to drive user adoption
  • Maintain and manage change management tools, resources, and self-service platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including leadership and change networks
  • Track and report on training plans, learning completion, and effectiveness metrics
  • Monitor employee engagement across communication and collaboration tools
  • Assist in executing change management strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain communication channels to provide updates on business unit changes and initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement of learning and development processes

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with tracking tools, reporting, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Experience in Learning & Development, Change Management, or HR operations
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and collaboration tools

 

Additional Skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
