Summary

Responsibilities:

Understands business objectives and problems
Identifies alternative solutions
Performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems
Confers with personnel of organizational units to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and determine input/output requirements such as data input forms, data summarization methods, and report formats
Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested programs or changes
Support Data Engineering and Data Governance work in SHARP

Required/Desired Skils:

10+ years of required experience using Informatica tools including PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, and Entity360
10+ years of required experience establishing Master Data and Reference Data for large organizations; experience with Informatica MDM preferred
10+ years of required experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ
4+ years of preferred experience working with enterprise-scale datasets in Snowflake
4+ years of preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field (or equivalent work experience); Master’s degree or 6+ years of experience preferred
2+ years of preferred experience in healthcare or public health
2+ years of preferred experience working at a state agency
2+ years of preferred experience with Python scripting for automation and API interaction
