  • Collaborate with business users to develop comprehensive User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and provide active support during UAT cycles, ensuring successful solution deployment.
  • Generative AI integration: Identify opportunities to embed Generative AI capabilities (e.g., natural language processing for data analysis, content generation, intelligent automation, predictive insights) into solution designs, enhancing efficiency and creating innovative user experiences.

Presales & consulting:

  • Serve as a techno-functional SME with a deep understanding of IT Systems, Tools, and Technologies, coupled with extensive business analysis and consulting expertise in the manufacturing after-market domain, specifically focusing on warranty management and related processes.
  • Actively support the sales process, engaging closely with prospective clients before and after the sale to understand their needs and present compelling solutions.
  • Partner with clients to define business requirements, map existing processes, reengineer workflows, and identify critical gaps for solution design and architecture development.
  • Perform engaging product demonstrations, participate in building impactful proof of concepts, and proactively identify cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.

Experience & Education:
