Position Overview:
The Hybrid App Delivery Lead applies the same core delivery skill set across both hotel and park platforms, flexing focus based on project needs. This role supports complex, multi platform delivery efforts across the company.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver both hotel and park technology platforms as assigned
Apply consistent full lifecycle delivery practices regardless of platform
Transition between vendor heavy hotel implementations and internally driven park integrations
Support lab testing, on site installs, and critical path delivery milestones
Drive technical integration work between internal platforms and third?party systems.
Partner closely with product owners to translate business requirements into clear technical delivery plans.
Collaborate with architects to define integration approaches (API vs. eventing, push vs. pull, port and security requirements).

Required Background
Broad systems engineering and integration experience
Proven adaptability across different technology stacks and business domains
Strong delivery leadership and learning agility
Experience with application integrations commonly used within a hotel and/or park environment
