We have an urgent requirement for Salesforce Tester position with our client.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ Years of Total work experience.
- 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing
- 100% Remote
- Salesforce Multi-Cloud QA Tester with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and QA lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds along with contact center integrations and digital engagement platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing
- Strong experience in end-to-end QA lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Multi-Cloud environments
- Experience testing:
- Digital Experience
- MIAW Chat
- IVR Contact Center solutions
- Amazon Connect integration
- Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
- Knowledge Management
- Experience Cloud
- Service Cloud with Case Management
- Data Cloud
- Experience with Reporting & Metrics validation
- Strong understanding of 3rd-party integrations testing
- Experience with API/Web Services testing is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Excellent communication skills
