Summary

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Duration: 3 months C2H

Location: Remote / Hybrid (US)

Top Required Skills:

  • Full-stack development using .NET Core, React, Redux, C#, MongoDB
  • Strong CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing practices

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior role
  • Proven full-stack expertise with React, Redux, C#, .NET Core, and MongoDB
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, distributed systems
  • Strong knowledge of asynchronous messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, automated testing, and secure coding practices
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level engineers
  • Strong participation in design and code reviews
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in fintech or financial services domains
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks
  • Drive architectural decisions using best practices and proven design patterns
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain distributed systems leveraging messaging technologies like RabbitMQ
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on TDD and CI/CD
  • Participate in and lead design and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers to elevate overall team performance
  • Champion engineering excellence, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals through automation, testing, and clean architecture
