Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Lead/Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade cloud contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in contact center technologies, cloud architecture, IVR design, omnichannel customer engagement, integrations, and migration strategies.

The role involves leading technical design discussions, defining architecture standards, mentoring teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Connect Development & Configuration

  • Configure and manage Amazon Connect instances, routing profiles, queues, users, and security profiles.
  • Design and implement contact flows, IVR solutions, and self-service capabilities.
  • Configure call recording, analytics, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Implement advanced routing, skills-based routing, and customer journey optimization.
