Position: Game Developer (Stride Xenko)
Type: Permanent
Compensation: $50 - $150/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement cross-platform 2D and 3D games utilizing Stride/Xenko technology and C#
Leverage Stride's real-time rendering capabilities to create visually polished and responsive gaming experiences
Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to translate creative concepts into playable products
Architect flexible and data-driven game frameworks to support scalability and content iteration
Debug, optimize, and profile code to ensure performance across desktop and console platforms
Maintain documentation and communicate development progress through clear updates
Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and improvements to development workflows

Requirements:

Hands-on experience developing games using Stride (Xenko) and C#
Strong understanding of real-time rendering, lighting, and graphics pipelines
Experience building games for both 2D and 3D environments
Experience creating modular and data-driven architectures within game projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and collaborative ability
Experience shipping games or significant gameplay features on desktop or console
Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and optimizing game code for performance and reliability
Experience with custom tooling and editor extension within Stride/Xenko
Experience with multi-platform deployment, including consoles
Interest in high-quality visual effects and user experience design
