Job title : ServiceNow Architect with SOM\OMT, TMForum
Location : Remote
Must have:
• 10+ years’ experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation.
o Hands-on experience in ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management & Integrations
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSA, CIS active certifications
o Strong understanding of TMForum principles on solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
• Very good communication and co-ordination skills
• Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions.
• Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team
• Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients
• Break down on solution approach and percolate to the team in effective way
• 5+ years’ experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices.
• Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines.
• Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance.
• Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement
