Position Overview
Seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a large-scale SAP transformation program for a leading Life Insurance client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs.
Manage program governance, PMO, planning, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead cross-functional business, IT, vendor, and System Integrator teams.
Manage executive stakeholders and provide program statreporting.
Oversee SAP implementation partners and third-party vendors.
Drive business transformation, change management, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

Strong SAP S/4HANA Program Management experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale SAP transformation/implementation programs.
Life Insurance or Insurance industry experience is required.
Strong PMO, governance, stakeholder, vendor, and System Integrator management.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Experience with c and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred

SAP certification.
Consulting/enterprise transformation background.
Experience leading business process transformation initiatives.
