Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Gen AI to design and build scalable Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications while ensuring security, scalability, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architecture.
• Build AI agents using Agentic AI frameworks for workflow automation and decision-making.
• Develop AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Integrate vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus) for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy LLMs on cloud platforms.
• Develop APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure AI governance, security, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in Generative AI.
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
• Experience building Agentic AI applications and AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI Guardrails, Model Evaluation, and AI Security.
