Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile UI Developer - Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Android development and possess a strong background in creating user-friendly and visually appealing mobile applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead development efforts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure best practices in coding and design.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs, and continuously improve application performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Android developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages.
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other development tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay Range: $80/hr - $85/hr
