Senior Solutions Architect

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to play a key role in a large-scale ERP and HCM transformation, including the migration from a legacy platform to Oracle Fusion. This highly visible role will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architectural solutions that align technology strategy with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into scalable, integrated system designs while partnering closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and future-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience (Must Haves)

• Enterprise, Solution, and Integration Architecture expertise
• Oracle Fusion (ERP / HCM)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• API and integration architecture
• Data architecture and data governance
• 6+ years of experience with HCM or ERP migrations to Oracle Fusion
• Proven experience with enterprise and integration architecture
• Hands-on experience with testing, release, and change management strategies
• Strong background in data architecture and governance, including establishing governance models
• Ability to travel up to 20% for key meetings, training, and conferences

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy
• Lead the development of enterprise systems and applications, ensuring scalability, security, and integration across platforms
• Translate business requirements into detailed system, application, and process designs for large, complex IT initiatives
• Lead and support large-scale, project-based initiatives, occasionally working onsite with stakeholders
• Provide architectural leadership across ERP and HCM transformation efforts
• Oversee vendor evaluation, selection, and management
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations on design best practices and risk mitigation
• Serve as a Senior architecture subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leadership
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards
• Provide guidance on complex technical challenges and mentor technical team members
• Act as a technical lead when required and support cross-functional collaboration
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Overland Park, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $180000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
