Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Leankor Subject Matter Expert (SME) /Developer to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Leankor solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technical development prowess, strategic business analysis, and customer success intuition. You will be the bridge between complex project management requirements and technical execution on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Development

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead the deployment of Leankor environments, ensuring alignment with specific client project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Customization: Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and complex automation (Flows, Apex, Visualforce) within Salesforce to enhance Leankor functionality.
• Data Modeling: Design and implement Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and data models to support professional services offerings and enterprise-scale reporting.

2. Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

• Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead discovery sessions, JAD sessions, and interviews to translate "big picture" business needs into actionable technical documentation (BRDs, User Stories, and EPICS).
• Agile Leadership: Act as a ScrumMaster where necessary, facilitating grooming sessions, defining "Definition of Done" (DoD), and managing product backlogs in Jira or Azure DevOps.

3. Tier 3 Technical Support & Escalation

• SME Support: Serve as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues involving Leankor’s interaction with the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Problem Solving: Investigate deep-tier bugs, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues, providing root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.

4. Sales & Customer Success Integration

• Pre-Sales Technical Support: Partner with Sales teams to respond to RFPs and build high-impact technical demos.
• Strategic Advisory: Work alongside Chief Product Architects to design and refine professional service offerings that drive customer retention and ROI.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Excellence

• Salesforce Mastery: Deep experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning UI, Apex, Visualforce, and Data Loader.
• Leankor Expertise: Proven experience implementing or managing Leankor as a native Salesforce application.
• Data Management: Proficient in SQL (DB2, Teradata) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards) for data migration and visualization.
• SDLC Knowledge: Expert understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle under Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
