About the Role:We are seeking a strategic AI Knowledge & Literacy Lead to lead the enterprise-wide flow of AI insights across Johnson & Johnson. This role ensures that AI-related knowledge is curated, contextualized, and made accessible to drive confident adoption and informed decision-making.
This position focuses on knowledge architecture and insight dissemination, not simply content creation. It complements other AI Literacy roles by enabling structured access to insights and fostering a shared understanding of AI tools and knowledge across R&D.
Key Responsibilities:- Source, curate and distribute AI insights through newsletters, summaries, and pathways to ensure broad access across teams.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge-sharing framework that promotes cross-functional collaboration and prevents siloed information.
- Build a shared language around AI concepts and explain them in different formats and to different audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted content to address them.
- Continuously improve knowledge dissemination methods using digital tools and innovative formats.

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
