Job DescriptionSr. System Analyst - P2C, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Provide SAP functional and technical expertise in Sales and Distribution, including knowledge of integration points across SAP modules. Participate in the design and deployment of end-to-end solutions and in design workshops, applying industry best practices and global implementation experience. Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions and justify deviations from standard functionality. Complete functional specifications for RICEFW objects and interface with third party vendors during solution design, development, and support. Partner with development teams to ensure technical design aligns with specifications and meets quality requirements, and complete system configuration work. Provide input on architecture, security, data standards, and role-based security designs. Share knowledge of technology risks and improvement opportunities, provide status updates and documentation, participate in time and resource estimates, and support project transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer. Provide technical expertise for escalated support issues, support audit requests, and partner with other experts to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary Range: $160,956 - $170,956/yr. Standard Company Benefits.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
- One (1) or more SAP modules;
- Dealing with key integrations areas in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement;
- Integrating SAP with external CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce), tax engines (e.g., OneSource or Vertex), or external AR solutions (e.g., GETPAID);
- SAP solutions covering one or more of the following Order to Cash and Finance processes: Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Financial Supply Chain Management, Product Costing, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, and/or Consolidations and Financial Close management; and
- SAP localizations in Sales and Distribution and Finance supporting global deployments.
Minimum of two (2) full-lifecycle SAP deployments.
Up to 20% of domestic and international travel is required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
