Job Description:
Responsible for development and maintenance of authoritative technical documentation for Internal Cloud Platform architectures, services, APIs, and operational processes. Accountable for ensuring documentation enables safe consumption, operational consistency, and effective onboarding for application and operations teams. Owns documentation standards, structure, and lifecycle management. Task‑level responsibilities include producing architecture guides, service descriptions, operational runbooks, onboarding materials, and API documentation aligned to platform tooling, automation workflows, and release standards.

Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience producing technical documentation for infrastructure, platforms, or developer‑facing services.
Proven ability to document architectures, APIs, automation workflows, operational runbooks, and onboarding guides.
Working knowledge of Linux, cloud infrastructure concepts, virtualization, and DevOps terminology.
Experience collaborating directly with engineers, architects, and SREs to capture accurate technical content.
Desired Qualifications:
Technical Writing or Information Architecture certification.
5-7+ years documenting cloud platforms, PaaS, or internal developer platforms.
Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, VMware, or platform automation concepts.
Experience documenting self‑service infrastructure or developer experiences.
