Job Title: Business Analyst/Guidewire Business Analyst

Location: Omaha, NE/Onsite

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

Requirements & Analysis

Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
Conduct workshops/interviews to identify workflows and improvement areas
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and use cases

Solution Design

Map business processes to Guidewire capabilities
Collaborate with architects/developers on solution design
Define workflows, configurations, and business rules

Integration

Analyze and document integrations with third-party systems, data warehouses, and APIs
Testing & Validation
Support test planning, UAT, and defect resolution
Ensure solutions meet business requirements

Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Provide updates and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Documentation & Training

Maintain documentation and deliver end-user training

Continuous Improvement

Identify enhancement opportunities and optimize Guidewire processes
