UX/UI Designer

• 4 or more years of experience in digital product design focusing heavily on UX/UI execution and enterprise design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma utilizing advanced variables, tokens, shared libraries, and component-based architectures.
• Experience with designing and optimizing consistent cross-platform user interfaces across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience in auditing and refactoring complex customer journeys into scalable and production-ready visual solutions.
• Experience with executing strict design system governance to minimize detached components and enforce standard patterns.
• Experience in managing product design backlogs and utilizing Jira for structured agile workflow execution.
• Exceptional communication skills for providing clear design rationale and delivering clean engineering handoffs.

• Rebuilds existing digital user experiences utilizing standardized enterprise design system components and tokens.
• Refactors comprehensive customer journeys to deliver scalable and production-ready user interface solutions.
• Creates and maintains complex digital designs utilizing advanced Figma variants, variables, and shared libraries.
• Optimizes digital user interfaces across mobile and web platforms to ensure strict visual and interaction consistency.
• Executes design work independently against prioritized agile backlogs while adhering to core accessibility standards.
• Prepares clear technical documentation and rationale to facilitate seamless design handoffs to software engineering teams.
• Tracks workflow updates, user stories, and technical implementations utilizing collaborative agile management tools.
