Key Responsibilities
User Support & Incident Response
Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls during on-call hours
Provide remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
Support Windows, macOS, and basic Linux user environments
Assist users with login issues, password resets, MFA, and account lockouts
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Network & Connectivity Support
Diagnose network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
Troubleshoot IP conflicts, DNS problems, and internet outages
Assist with remote user connectivity and VPN configuration
Verify service availability and escalate outages to network team
VoIP & Communication Systems
Troubleshoot IP phone and softphone issues (Cisco/Avaya)
Resolve extension registration problems
Diagnose one-way audio, voicemail, and call routing issues
Escalate carrier or PBX outages
Hardware & Software Support
Install and configure approved applications
Assist with peripheral devices (printers, scanners, webcams, docking stations)
Perform basic workstation setup and imaging
Provide remote guidance for hardware replacement when required
