Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow expertise to lead technology and process improvement initiatives across the bank's enterprise platforms. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow projects that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk controls, and support regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of ServiceNow projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom modules.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations aligned with banking governance standards.
- Coordinate with IT, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross functional team collaboration.
- Ensure all project documentation meets internal audit and regulatory expectations (SOX, FFIEC, OCC, etc.).
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, escalating issues as needed.
- Oversee testing cycles, UAT coordination, change management, and production deployment.
- Track KPIs, project health, and performance metrics; provide executive level reporting.
- Partner with ServiceNow developers, architects, and platform owners to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow best practices across the bank.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- 3+ years of hands on experience managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
- Experience working within regulated environments and adhering to governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and core banking systems.
- Knowledge of risk management, audit requirements, and change control processes.
