  • Establish clear cross-functional communication models and operating rhythms, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, decisions, and expected outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on program and project performance, creating clear insights and materials that support decision-making, transparency, and timely escalation.
  • Lead and facilitate project and program retrospectives to identify lessons learned and embed continuous improvement.
  • Support Product teams with key program and project administration when required.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder and product initiative meetings.
  • Lead change-management activities to drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and product capabilities.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Strong ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams, driving delivery and ensuring accountability.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, negotiate priorities, and influence decisions across teams and leadership levels.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs/projects in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities in line with business needs.
  • Solid understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, hybrid models).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to create clear documentation, reports, and communication materials.
  • Good understanding of the product development lifecycle, including agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience communicating and presenting confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools and systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office/365).

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you:
  • Proven success operating across all levels and functions within an organization
  • Demonstrated success delivering outcomes in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Background in SaaS or cloud-based products would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
