JAVA FULL STACK DEVELOPER -AI

MUST-HAVE TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Experience
- 13+ years of Java/UX/JavaScript (full stack) development, delivering mission-critical, fault-tolerant applications
- 10+ years of strong hands-on development in Java/JEE, Web Services and RESTful services, building rapidly in fast-moving projects using AI DLC
- 3+ years of UX/JavaScript/HTML development using Vue, React or similar JavaScript frameworks
- 2+ years using AI code assist tools with Claude LLMs and adopting AI DLC (AI Development Life Cycle)

DevOps & Cloud
- GitLab/GitHub-based DevOps environments, following SDLC best practices
- Building GitLab pipelines, security analysis, and deployment to AWS ECS environments
- Hands-on AWS: ECS, ECR, S3, ALB, RDS, DMS, KMS, Secrets Manager, SSM, Config, CloudWatch, Lambda, SNS, SQS, IAM, Route 53
- Nice to have: Terraform scripting to provision cloud resources for lower environments independently

Design & Quality
- Strong Object-Oriented analysis and design, including requirements analysis, OO design patterns and UML
- Deep knowledge of API integration, client browser JavaScript and User Interface design
- Experience incorporating non-functional design aspects into code components
- Experience with QA processes: functional, non-functional and parallel testing

Delivery & Soft Skills
- Solid agile delivery experience following SCRUM practices, with cross-functional contribution and strong team collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform in-depth code reviews, ensuring security and architectural standards are met
- Ability to collaborate with multiple business and technical teams
- Moderate knowledge of Word, Excel and productivity improvement tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to assimilate new information and understand complex topics to reach sound judgment


CERTIFICATIONS

Mandatory
- Java/JEE certification
- UX/JavaScript certification

Desired
- AWS Developer / Architect certification
- Python development experience


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC, including coding, testing and documentation, independently
- Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve delivery velocity
- Work as a cross-functional team player, augmenting squad needs as required
- Contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members
