Summary

Title: Senior Maintenance Mechanic / Maintenance Technician

Location: Raynham, MA onsite

Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting experience to support a manufacturing environment. This role is focused heavily on diagnosing and repairing equipment issues to keep production running - not just routine preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background and is comfortable working independently to identify issues, perform corrective repairs, and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery
Perform corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes
Repair and replace components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and conveyors
Support preventive maintenance as needed, but with a focus on breakdown response
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
Perform equipment adjustments, alignments, and part replacements
Document work and support continuous improvement efforts
