Required Qualifications:

13+ years in Data Governance / Information Governance / Data Management roles.

Strong experience in enterprise data classification and operationalizing it across teams and systems.
Hands-on understanding of security and governance controls: RBAC, DLP concepts, privacy/security alignment.
Demonstrated ability to work with executives, security, legal/compliance, and technical teams.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills; able to drive adoption and change.

Key Objectives

Build/strengthen an enterprise data governance operating model (policies, standards, stewardship, decision forums).
Define and implement an enterprise data classification framework that clearly distinguishes:
Leadership / Executive data
Customer / client data
Internal organizational data
Identify highest-level classification data and enforce the strongest protection controls (least privilege, monitoring, and prevention of leakage).
Enable consistent classification adoption across platforms, data stores, and collaboration tools.
