1. Must have previously worked in the banking environment

2. Must have extensive knowledge (yrs) of programming with Springboot/JAVA

3. Must have extensive experience with event processing with Lambda, Step Functions, Python

4. Must have extensive knowledge of AWS Services

5. Must have extensive experience with Kafka streaming

a. Node setup

b. Error handling

c. Debuging

6. API, error handling in code etc.

7. Basic Database Design (Cockroach Aurora Postgres Sql)

8. Service routing

9. Failover/Resiliency

10. SQS/SNS
