Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager in Denver for one of our clients.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Your daily tasks will include:

1. Overseeing and managing the design, planning, and execution of mechanical construction projects.
2. Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
3. Reading and understanding mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure projects are carried out accurately.
4. Tracking project costs, change orders, billing, and financial performance to keep projects within budget.
5. Coordinating with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
6. Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
7. Using construction/project management software for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
8. Providing leadership and direction to project team members.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. A strong understanding of commercial or industrial mechanical systems and construction processes.
3. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
4. The ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications.
5. Strong communication and leadership skills.
6. The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain detail-oriented.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
8. Experience in budgeting, contract management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
9. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
