Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience gathering and analyzing complex business and functional requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
- Business process mapping and fit-gap analysis
- BRD and SRS documentation
- UAT planning, execution, and defect coordination
- Experience with complex legacy system interfaces
- Experience supporting SDLC/project lifecycle activities
- HP ALM, Jira, Atlassian, or similar tools
- Strong remote workshop and stakeholder facilitation experience
- Strong experience with WIOA and PIRL
- State of Texas experience preferred
Location: US Remote
Occasional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs.
