Summary

Seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives within the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE). This role will oversee AI solution design, governance, integration architecture, and technical strategy while partnering with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and governance for all AI projects across the organization.
Define AI best practices, standards, design patterns, and integration frameworks.
Design scalable AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical requirements documents (TRDs), and AI initiative inventories.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solution architectures.
Own enterprise AI integration strategy across platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP, and external services.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and vendors; provide architectural guidance and recommendations.
Ensure security, scalability, observability, and compliance across AI deployments.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or AI/ML system design.
Strong expertise in AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, agentic AI, and enterprise AI architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure), data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery), and API design (REST, GraphQL, event-driven architectures).
Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and technical communication skills.
Experience with enterprise integrations, middleware, and data orchestration tools.

Preferred Skills:

Google Vertex AI, Gemini, LangChain, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
CI/CD tools (Harness), observability platforms (Dynatrace), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
AI security, responsible AI governance, and prompt injection mitigation.
Cloud certifications such as Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect or AWS Solutions Architect.
Experience integrating with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and ERP platforms.
