Overview

Responsible for leading technical programs that support enterprise technology initiatives such as cloud transformation, systems integration, or platform modernization. Applies advanced knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies to manage program execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborates with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Mentors junior technical program managers and contributes to the evolution of program delivery practices. Additionally, serves as a strategic partner to business and analytics teams by translating business needs into scalable reporting, analytics, and insights capabilities that drive informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical programs that support enterprise technology strategies and cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and resource models in collaboration with engineering and product teams
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and delivery expectations
  • Apply technical program governance practices, tools, and reporting standards to monitor progress and performance
  • Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across teams and systems
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure cohesive and timely program execution
  • Deliver program updates and insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums
  • Support investment planning and business case development through data-driven insights and scenario modeling
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks
  • Promote agile practices, innovation, and continuous improvement within technical program teams
  • Mentor technical program managers and team leads to build delivery capability and technical acumen
  • Contribute to the refinement of technical delivery methodologies and frameworks
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and product leaders to ensure alignment with technical strategy
  • Represent technical program management in cross-functional planning and capability development forums
  • Partner with analytics, reporting, data engineering, and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver data and analytics solutions aligned to organizational objectives
  • Lead the intake, prioritization, roadmap development, and governance of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and business value
  • Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), measurement frameworks, and reporting needs
  • Drive adoption and utilization of analytics products through stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and communication strategies
  • Establish and monitor success measures to evaluate the effectiveness, adoption, and business impact of analytics solutions
  • Partner with data governance, reporting, and business teams to improve data quality, consistency, accessibility, and trust in enterprise reporting
  • Translate complex analytical concepts into actionable recommendations and executive-level communications
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver user-centered analytics experiences
  • Support reporting modernization, dashboard rationalization, and analytics enablement initiatives that improve decision-making efficiency and insight accessibility
  • Promote data literacy and best practices in analytics, visualization, measurement, and storytelling across stakeholder groups
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant program management experience, managing technical programs in a cross-functional environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading multi-phase, cross-functional technical programs
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of technical program governance, Agile/SAFe frameworks, and enterprise planning practices
  • Significant experience in leading technical programs involving systems integration, cloud migration, or platform modernization
  • Proven ability to align technical delivery with business strategy, manage dependencies, and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Advanced skills in risk modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to support executive decision-making
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including infrastructure, architecture, and security considerations
  • Experience with managing program budgets, stakeholder expectations, and executive reporting
  • Advanced skill in using tools such as Jira, Tableau, and Power BI to track program health and performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Program Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Professional Certifications (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PMP, PMI- ACP, PgMP, SAFe Practitioner, ITIL, or Cloud (AWS/Azure) certifications)
  • Experience leading analytics, reporting, business intelligence, data governance, or data enablement initiatives in a complex enterprise environment
  • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence, data visualization, KPI development, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable insights
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop data-driven strategies, measurements, and decision-support capabilities
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, reporting governance, and analytics best practices
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder alignment across business, analytics, technology, and operational teams
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, data storytelling, and executive influence skills
  • Experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics technologies preferred
  • Experience managing analytics portfolios, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, or value realization methodologies preferred
