Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with strong expertise in Windows desktop management, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and securing enterprise desktop environments while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

• Integrate drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into base images.

• Ensure desktop images comply with security and compliance standards.

• Configure and manage Intune Autopilot profiles.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.

• Implement Azure AD join and Hybrid Azure AD join processes.

• Manage and deploy Windows updates, feature upgrades, and driver/firmware updates.

• Validate updates in test environments before production rollout.

• Troubleshoot and resolve update deployment failures.

• Configure and manage Group Policies (GPOs).

• Administer Intune Device Configuration Profiles.

• Implement Security Baselines and Compliance Policies.

• Ensure endpoint devices meet corporate compliance requirements.
