Fiserv DNA Expert (Solution Architect / Lead Consultant)

Summary

Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Ford Credit s transition into regulated banking operations.

Responsibilities

? Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules (Deposits, Loans, GL, Payments, Customer Information File).
? Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.
? Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.
? Drive data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and go-live planning.
? Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and other regulatory requirements.
? Provide production support and performance optimization post go-live

Experience requirement

? 10+ years core banking experience with strong hands-on Fiserv DNA implementation.
? Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion preferred.
? Strong knowledge of core integrations and banking operations.
