Job Title: Insurance AI Solution Lead
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Job Description:

  • 8–12+ years of overall experience, with meaningful experience in Insurance / Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of at least one major insurance domain such as underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, policy administration or portfolio management.
  • Experience owning or shaping AI, analytics, data or digital products/use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into solution capabilities and work with technical teams through delivery.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI and modern AI solution patterns, without needing to be a hands-on developer.
  • Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to move comfortably between an insurance business conversation and a solution-design conversation.
