Job Title: SFDC Developer

Location: Dallas, Austin TX

Duration: 6-12+ month contract

Notes: 4 days a week onsite in Dallas (Southlake), TX or Austin, TX. If they are ex-Schwab, they can work remote after being onsite for first 1-2 weeks

Job description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning, and integrations, along with a strong understanding of CRM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes/triggers.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications using APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning/LWC.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Understanding of Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Git and Salesforce deployment tools.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Understanding of data migration and Salesforce data management.
