Position : Regional Project Manager

Location : Warsaw, IN, USA.

Domain - Healthcare and Life Sciences

Employment Type : Full Time Only

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in Product Development, Sustaining Engineering, or Manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience managing product lifecycle projects, engineering changes, product releases, and cross-functional global teams.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical product development, manufacturing processes, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in regulated industries (Medical Device preferred).
  • PMP Certification and/or MBA is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple product lifecycle and sustaining engineering projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Drive cross-functional teams across global locations including the US, India, China, and Singapore.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, quality, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support product modifications, component obsolescence, manufacturing transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
