Must Have

32-bit to 64-bit conversion of Access applications and VBA code (PtrSafe, API declarations, ActiveX compatibility)

5+ years of MS Access development

Access forms, reports, macros, and linked tables

Complex SQL (joins, aggregations, performance tuning)

Migration across Access versions and environments

MS Access version upgrades and application lifecycle management

VBA programming (including Windows API usage)

Regression testing and validation post-upgrade

Resolution of broken references, deprecated components, and control issues.
