Email Developer/Digital Designer (SFMC)

We are seeking a talented Email Developer/Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital design and email marketing to make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a variety of email campaigns, including promotional and transactional communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Edit and troubleshoot email designs and code during the proofing process across multiple platforms.
• Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance.

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital design and email development.
• Retail or E-Commerce industry experience 
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Movable Ink, with a strong understanding of email coding languages such as HTML/CSS and AMPscript.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Familiarity with data integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of video editing or animation techniques.
