Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will join a project delivery team serving as a program/project manager with strong Agile capabilities. The position has a strong focus on Splunk implementations, charged with delivering infrastructure for customer protection business partners and serving as the Monitoring Point of Contact for the technology group. The role supports both client-funded initiatives and strategic infrastructure programs such as end-of-life, data center exits, and application host migrations.
Responsibilities: - Lead a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact
- Support the infrastructure delivery needs of the business lines in a Delivery Lead (Technical Project Manager) role
- Work independently, with limited direction, and be evaluated through end results
- Initiate and provide leadership, strategic/tactical direction, and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues
- Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management
Requirements: - 5-7 Years in an Infrastructure Delivery Technology environment
- Ability to multi-task, as well as being flexible to assist team members as needed
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for all levels in the organization
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lead complex projects and/or programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Outlook
- PMP certified
- Able to develop and manage project plans and budgets
- Able to manage risks and issues in a complex technical environment
- Working knowledge of infrastructure systems and solutions utilized within the organization
- Experience successfully delivering infrastructure technology projects
Desired skills: - Previous Delivery Lead experience
- General knowledge of Fraud, Claims, and Credit Assist business operations, applications, and strategy
- Experience with Oracle
Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour
