Pay Range: $134000 - $135000/annum + 5% Org Bonus + 5% performance bonus . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills : Data Modeling (Strong) ,Generative & Agentic AI ,Machine Learning ,Python (Expert), Embeddings & Vector Databases
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- 8 10 years of experience in AI/ML development and delivery
- Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions
- Strong experience in code reviews and team-level technical leadership
- AI/ML & Advanced Analytics:
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling
- Experience in developing and deploying ML models in production
- Generative AI & LLMs:
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini)
- Experience in:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Prompt Engineering & Context Handling
- Embeddings & Vector Databases
- Exposure to agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) is a plus
- Programming & Engineering:
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and software engineering principles
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems
- MLOps & DevOps:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring
- Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Vertex AI, or similar platforms
- Cloud & Data Platforms:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or other cloud platforms
- Understanding of data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time processing
- Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Additional Expectations (Lead Level):
- Own code quality, review processes, and engineering best practices
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI solutions
- Support adoption of best practices in AI/ML and Generative AI development
