Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines using tools like Jira or MS Project.
Manage day-to-day project activities, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to leadership.
Coordinate with vendors, third-party partners, and internal teams.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and ensure cost control.
Ensure quality standards through testing, validation, and user acceptance.
Lead, mentor, and guide project teams; assign tasks and set priorities.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Project/Program Management
Expertise in project planning and execution methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in vendor and budget management
Strong leadership and team management skills
