Our direct Client is looking for Coupa Consultant-12+ Months Contract-Remote opportunity-Direct Customer
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong background in enterprise application management, with emphasis on supply chain platforms.
Hands-on experience with Coupa modules:
Supplier Management – onboarding, supplier data integrity, risk tracking.
Strategic Sourcing – event setup, optimization, compliance support.
Contract Lifecycle Management – repository maintenance, expiration alerts, compliance enforcement.
Understanding of Coupa–JDE data flows, with ability to validate and troubleshoot discrepancies (e.g., supplier data).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern application ecosystems.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices for iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Lead configuration and maintenance of Coupa Supply Chain modules (Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management).
Ensure data consistency across systems — e.g., and supplier details in Coupa align with corresponding records in JDE.
Collaborate with integration teams to understand how data flows between Coupa and JDE, ensuring business requests are accurately represented
Business Partnership
Work closely with supply chain, sourcing, and legal teams to translate business requirements into Coupa configurations.
Provide guidance on how Coupa modules should be structured to support supplier onboarding, sourcing events, and contract compliance.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical integration teams, ensuring alignment without direct responsibility for integration execution.
Strategic Planning
Evaluate enhancements within Coupa’s suite to improve supplier collaboration and sourcing efficiency.
Recommend adoption of new Coupa features (e.g., supplier risk scoring, sourcing optimization) that align with corporate goals.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure Coupa configurations meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
Maintain strong controls for supplier data integrity, contract lifecycle tracking, and sourcing event compliance.
Support audit readiness by ensuring Coupa data is accurate, complete, and aligned with JDE records.
Operational Excellence
Monitor Coupa application performance, proactively identifying and resolving configuration issues.
Optimize workflows in sourcing and contract management through automation and best practices.
Provide training and documentation for business users to maximize adoption and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with procurement, finance, legal, and IT stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information Systems, or related discipline.
This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment.
The salary range for this role is 120-140 k/annum or Corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
